Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Invoflows, an online service for invoice recognition, data extraction, and related features (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Invoflows allows you to upload or import documents (for example invoices), processes them using automated methods including optical character recognition and optional AI-assisted extraction, and stores results for your use in the product. Features may include optional Google Drive ingestion when you connect your Google account and configure folders, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to enter these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Without limitation, you must not:

  • use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users' accounts;
  • upload malware or content intended to disrupt or harm;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract our models or software except where permitted by law;
  • use the Service to process data you are not entitled to process.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of documents and data you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service, including security and support. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit such content.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example Google for sign-in or Drive). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

6. Disclaimers

The Service uses automated extraction; results may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for accounting, tax, or legal purposes. The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose except where prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invoflows and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, except where liability cannot be limited by law. For all claims arising out of or relating to the Service, our total financial responsibility to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the one (1) month immediately before the claim (or, if none, fifty euros (€50)), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and governing law) will survive termination.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. We will post updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where stricter notice is required by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts located in Lithuania shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer. If your entity requires a different jurisdiction, replace this section after legal review.
